Hi, I’m Carlene Sullivan. For more than 25 years, I’ve studied, practiced, and taught natural health, spiritual development, and personal transformation. I’m formally trained in the Science of Natural Health, but what I teach goes beyond theory—it comes from living the work.
Over time, I noticed something important: many approaches to personal growth focus on only one piece of the puzzle. But human beings aren’t built that way. We are physical, emotional, and spiritual all at once. That realization led me to create my own method: 360° Development.

Why I Created 360° Development
Most teachers and coaches focus on only one aspect of growth--emotional, physical, or spiritual. But real life doesn’t work that way.
Think about the owl. A symbol of wisdom and intuition, it represents spiritual awareness and new beginnings. Yet wisdom alone isn’t enough—the owl must also have the strength to survive, or its wisdom means very little. The same is true for us. Real transformation happens when spiritual awareness, emotional clarity, and physical vitality grow together. That’s the foundation of 360° Development.
